exactly the same? if that were the case, he'd run the 4:11 and then run another 100m in 16.73 to hit 1600m in 4:27.73. so not the same exact pace.
I'd say the 4:11 is better globally, but to high school kids the sub-4:30 is more relatable

I actually ran both in the same race cause I died in the last 400 and especially the last 100.
I don't know but neither one is impressive enough to make a humblebrag post about.
