Hi all. just wondering if you could outline or send me a link to any good hm plans that you recomnend.
ran a flat course 5k in 17.29 at weekend. averaging about 25 miles a week over last couple of months as we have a baby born in January and a toddler. so have not been able to get in long runs. just mostly 5 mile easy or 20 minute tempo runs with a warm up and cool down mile. 37 year old.
any advice on when i should get in some hill workouts and how i should plan out my 15 weeks to the race would be really appreciated.
did a half marathon in just under 85 mins in august last year. that was my last race prior to the 5k at the weekend which suprisingly ended up a 5k pb at the weekend.
i was cramping in calf and hamstring near end of the half marathon last august. was quiet a hot day so alot of sweating may have been part of it.
any advice for my 15 week plan really appreciated.
