The times weren't particularly fast this year. Robby Andrews won in 3:38 when his pr is 3:34.
A lot of big PBs by people you have never heard of, and others running much faster than they have so far.
I am sure they measure it (do they?) or maybe they have it surveyed, then nudge the rail back in the morning of the meet.
Or maybe it is one of those downhill tracks?
Ask Merb
yes, it's short...track built by the same people who designed the xc course at lehigh.
I am 5"7" nearly average height so f off.

Also, the same folks who built the track at BU.
Seems to get a lot of people who run incredibly fast and can't reproduce the performance later, but it's also at a time when people are in peak shape or close to it. Pacers have also been used and the temperature and humidity levels can be favorable. Who's to say

I'd say that IGC replicated his performance at Nationals later.

I have run at all three, and BU is definitely the shortest
I've ran at Swarthmore, its not short, just a great atmosphere and conditions to run fast. It's like the same thing at UVA at the Dogwood track classic for highschool or UVA Challenge for college, its always just an amazing atmosphere and competitive environment that leads to huge pr's. Not short though!

Same here, plus a lot of collegians run fast at swarthmore cause it’s a last chance meet before regionals; notably Heps people and d2/d3 people.

I would say most of their guys are at least 6-7 inches. So average.
Is monaco short
