My track season just ended and i am going into my junior season of XC. I am planning on building up to 50/55 mpw by the end of summer. I averaged around 30 during the track season. For the next two weeks i am taking a break, one week of nothing and one week of cross training.
After my break should i start mileage very low around 15 and start slow, or should i continue my mileage during track (30 mpw) except easier mileage to build a base?
