I'm getting ready for a marathon on September 1st and I want someone with experience to tell me what kind of training I should do. I've tried training myself and writing my own workouts in the past but I always end up doing hard workouts all the time and getting injured. If you're interested comment and I'll post my background. Goal time 2:33, half pr is 1:13:00.
