To clear up all confusions: no trolling is not an okay event, why would it be? Silly goose. This was 100m on a highschool track and I swear no substances were used. Pushups are the key, Mo used it to improve his kick too.

I dont lift that much right now. It's all relative bro. I'm sure once I've gotten a couple years of good training they wont be as impressive..
