Ok, well today I found out I have one hip slightly lower than the other, essentially creating a leg discepancy.....Has anybody had this problem?
Would wearing a shoe heel lift on the short leg alleviate this problem? My athletic trainer says breaking down the muscles, by him stretching me out on the right side of my body (the hip thats lower, "longer leg") over a period of 12 weeks should help level out the hips.
Would did you do to correct this? I knew I felt like one left was hitting the ground harder for about a year, but thought nothing of it. Now I finally went it and got checked....PLEASE ANY INPUT IS APPRECIATED!
