No, of course not.
I’m not sure
Sometimes. Today I did and listened to Guster.
Seriously? That's why i run alone and wear earbuds when i run with my group - so i don't have to answer questions like these.
Yes, I use the Bose sport earbuds with the wires. Good sound, but you can still hear danger behind you. And comfortable.
All my runs are easy. I don't do speed workouts anymore. I have an eclectic mix.
Headphones aren't safe, so I just run with a boombox over my shoulder.
First off F the haters I like to listen to music to hear new albums running gives me a time to do that.
I listen to music on faster runs but on slow runs its podcasts all the way.
I use powerbeats3 with wearOS watch
Yes, all the time. It goes together well. I like classic rock/pop from the mid70's to mid80's/ You want to know the best running headphone? It is the Koss Sportapro. exquisite sound, fantastic fit, cheap (under $30) with a lifetime warranty. Combined with a decent MP3 player and you will be in glory!
Take this garbage to Runner's World.
Never, not ever. I like being outside.
No. Only weak-minded people listen to music while running.

You can do both, you know.

Why would you???
No.
Only if I run on the treadmill, sometimes I'll grab my phone to listen to some tunes warming up cooling down after a hard effort.
I listen to podcasts and started not long ago. I realized that I can use that 45-60 min to listen to a podcast. Plus I am running so slow now that I do not want to hear myself breathing hard!
I use Mpow jawbone. They have been great.

Whew, glad I listen to podcasts then!
I've been listening to music while running for 40 years. When I started, I would carry a cassette recorder in one hand and a stopwatch in the other. Now I have a watch that tells time, how far I ran, what my heartrate is, and even how much elevation gain. My tiny ipod shuffle has 200 songs on it and I can clip it to a pair of headphones so no cords are flopping around. Life is great.
Also I listen to the same great rock and roll I listened to then. I think they call it classic now.
I always run alone in the mornings because no one wants to get up at 5 a.m. as I do. That's why music is the only buddy for me in this case. I love listening to music while running. It works great for me.
