Critique my training plan:
Sun 2 to 3 hours steady over a hilly course about 30 - 50 kilometres
Mon 90 to 120 min easy jog
Tues 90 to 120 min easy jog
Wen 60 min of hill reps
Thurs 90 to 120 min easy jog
Fri 90 to 120 min easy jog
Sat 3 to 8 hours easy jog about 40 to 100 kilometres
Also: I bought a trucker hat, a fuel belt, camel pack and I'm growing a beard.
