Hi I’m in 8th grade. I am currently running 35 mpw (long intervals, tempo, short intervals, LR), and was wondering how to get sub 10:20. I’m able to do my 12 mile LR at 6:24, sub 34 for 12x 200, just did a 3x1200 at about 4:00, and sub 6:20 for tempos. My endurance I think is on par, but I don’t know about my Vo2, and anaerobic threshold is on the same level. Can I get there, if so how? thanks.
