Here’s the back story...
I used to be about 160 pounds 1.5 months ago, I’m now 117. I’m a 5’6 male. You can probably see by the rapid weight loss that I’ve struggled with an eating disorder.
I ran a ton and cross trained on top of it all. Sometimes totaling 5-6 hours of cardio per day. I wasn’t eating nearly enough for all of this. Now I’m chronically fatigued even though I’ve been eating properly.
My running is awful. I can hardly manage 9 minute miles. I don’t understand why my body isn’t recovering. What can I do to get my running back up to par?
I’ve stopped the disordered behaviors.
