So I started a thread the other day that read -
"So I've just been wondering. Anybody else do a ten K, finish off with a couple of uphill sprints, and get home for a bath with some epsom salt? It seems that lately my runs of the following day have been feeling less, uh, -uptight-, so I have to attribute it to something and am not sure if it's the salt or my bettering the ol' food habits (no more margarine and toast for this runner!)
I bought like, a freaking huge bag, it's kinda ridiculous. (

if anybody wants, it's just the cheapest one I found)
Anybody else leverage baths or even epsom salt and stuff to recover better for the next run? Anybody got any extra stuff I could try?
-Dave"
And I got A LOT of ANGRY people saying Epsom Salt doesn't work and that studies refuted it. I don't know, I haven't read the studies, but there are things studies can't measure, like the feeling of utter calm me and my muscles feel after a long, long run and an even longer day at work. I mean, how can you do that with probing and charts, you just can't.
This is where I reclaim Epsom Salt's reputation and would really really love your help. Do you have anything good to say about it? And awesome experiences relating to it? I'd really love to hear it to confirm I'm not crazy, LOL!
