This guy is awesome. I don't know how he does it, but it reminds of Mike Wardian.

He's been doing this for years. A lot of it has to do with how he trains; ie only once a day, does really long runs up to 50 kilometers or longer sometimes up to a 100 kilometres. I Read in one of his blog post he did several days in a row of 40 kilometres runs.

It should come as no surprise, but Kawauchi has committed to running in the Cup this year. I just got off the phone with the Commander who was excited that Mr. Kawauchi could take time out of his busy schedule to finally make it. We've got some real tough ones this year! Its going to take huge cahoonies to pull off a win there!
