Hey so Im scheduled to run the 800 and 400 in my upcoming meets. Im going to start with my questions for the 800. I havent run the 800 in a while but my PR is 2:08. I took a 2 month hiatus to work on hurdles. I am normally a distance guy and just picked up the 400h for fun. When I set my pr for the 800 my 400 pr was 58 but I have recently dropped it to a 54. What should I shoot for in the 800? I also wanted to know yalls reccomendations for the 400 because I have only run it 3 times ever and wanted to know a good strategy. Thanks.
