Once they ditched the first gen rocker, The GoRun 2 was one of the softest, most comfortable minimalist shoes I've ever worn. Unfortunately, they weren't built for fast running--feedback was almost nonexistent. Great recovery/casual shoe, though.
Since then, it's been steady downhill of added stack height and overblown rubber outsoles (not to mention, so ugly and uninteresting, my grandpa turns his nose at them). The exception is the Speed line, but it is so stiff it feels like you are running on a 2x4 (last one I tried was the 3).
The GoMeb Speed 5 looks like an interesting update, but I'd wait until I see it at the outlet store for $40 and BOGO 50% off.
