Regionals is next week and I’m trying to break 4:40 for the 1600m, preferably go 4:36 or something. What should my splits be for each 400? My prs are currently 4:46.30 for the 1 mile, 4:44.xx for the 1600m and 2:06.71 for the 800m. Also have a 10:14 3200m PR that was set indoors. I have to go sub 4:40 to make state so any help/input would be greatly appreciated. Each of my prs have been set on not fresh legs because my coach has me triple every meet.
