Some easy jogging is enough for me most of the time. Never had a problem with that in my life. And those 'accelerations' were from like 10 kph to 15, nothing to worry about.

you can use a parking garage or the stairways in the tallest building of Bucharest. It pays off to be inventive. There are no
problems, only challenges. The sky is the limit.
I bet Tokyolympian and yyy are the same person ( troll )
The transition to the halfM in 1h07 'is very consistent with your personal on 5000, but then you already have to bring your projection level 5000-HM-M to 2h 21'-22' and then also take 6-7 minutes, is a feat, you need a really badass programming.

I don't need to get there this year, it's time until the spring of 2020. It's about increasing my aerobic power, endurance while keeping the speed. It's a long term project.

Lol, at almost 9 pm sun is definitely not up, it's not dark but it's never sunny as you mean it. Also, Iolanda Balas it's usually cooler than Filaret weather station which is in the middle of the city. That was what my phone was inidicating, keep trying.

Out from your insane training weeks that make no sense you hope to run 2.15 . I say you are lucky if you will avoid a severe injury with that kind of hard consecutive days. You are absolutely ignoring, or maybe most your told coach, the most important rule when it comes to training to get the supercompensationing effect , the hard days followed by the easy days.
Good luck! But I cant see how this kind of training will get you to the goal.
This is very interesting I will say, if it is true. Keep us posted about your progression =)
