I really don't want to be seen agreeing with Coach JS, but I think this is a troll.
It could be the case that there is a real runner who is posting this, but making up different training from that which they did complete, but I don't believe the training as it is written.
Look at Week 6:
MONDAY 30 KM @ 4:24/KM
TUESDAY 30 KM @ 3:59/KM
WEDNESDAY 30 KM @ 3:49/KM
THURSDAY 14KM @ 4:23/KM
FRIDAY HM - 1:16:08
SATURDAY 5 KM @ 4:40/KM + 1 KM in 3:28 + 1 KM in 2:57
SUNDAY HM - 1:15:21
Now instead of writing 21km for the Friday and Sunday they wrote HM. If we convert these into paces then Friday was (21.0975 km) @ 3'36.5/km, Saturday was a very easy day though with a quicker last km, then Sunday was @ 3'34.3/km pace.
Go to week 8 then we see:
WEEK 8 - 163 KM / 101 MILES
MONDAY 21 KM @ 3:58/KM
TUESDAY 28 KM @ 3:53/KM
WEDNESDAY 24 KM @ 4:10/KM
THURSDAY 30 KM @ 3:37/KM
FRIDAY 30 KM @ 3:35/KM
SATURDAY 16 KM @ 3:41/KM
SUNDAY 14 KM @ 3:57/KM
Thursday and Friday are back to back and without a rest day and 50% longer than the half marathons with the same pace.
I don't agree with other posters who are insisting that the OP needs to do doubles, but I think that any normal runner would be having hard and easy days, which this seems to lack. Unless there is more to this training which the OP is keeping hidden (e.g. these are the total times and volumes for a run, but they are broken up so a 21km @ 3'58 was in fact a 2km warm up, 5km effort, 1km jog, 5km effort, 1km jog, 5km effort, 2km warm down with the total time averaging 3'58) then this doesn't make sense
