Hello. I really want to break 5:00 on the mile.
Some info:
-im 15
-im a freshman
-i did cross country last year and my PR was 21:16 5k although i did not go to summer practice just fall practice
-now im doing track(this season)
Times/PRs
-800: 2:30
-3200: 12:16 Ive done this once onl
-5k: 21:16
-1600m(mile): All times for mile since start of season:
- 6:31 (start)
- 6:01
- 5:48
- 5:45
-5:23 (on 4/21)
Do you think I could get 5:00 on mile? Any tips please?
