UTEP likely did it in 78 or the 80’s.
Arkansas won indoors 87 with 4x400, 4x800, mile, 3000, 5000
88/89 they won with Falcon, a jumper and miler (88) / 5000 (89).
In 2003 they won outdoors with all distance aside from 3 points in the sprints and won the team title by 9 points over Auburn. So that’s likely the closest.
Arkansas have always had a jumper or sprinter score at nationals.
Others who may have done it, George Mason? Stanford? Wisconsin? Oregon?
Lubbock Christian did it in the NAIA back in the early to mid 90's.
