Its hard to tell, but I think sub-5 would be a good pace to start out at during your next race. Could be 4:50-5:10, IMHO

Easily about 4:48-55. If you have a perfect race I'm guessing 4:46.
That 2:09 is very strong compared to your 3200 which shows you are extremely lacking in endurance (typical for a freshman). I would give you an exact guess to the second if you tell us how hard that 10:56 was.
I️m very aware my endurance is worse than my speed, this is in part because I focus on the 800 and that was my first 2 mile ever. I only actually ran I️t because our 2nd 2 miler was on a band trip. My splits were 5:22 5:34. Also leading up to this 2 mile I had been focusing on 800 meter specific workouts. If this helps update predictions.
