I just ran 15:12 for the second time this season and was wondering if sub 15 for the 5000m was possible. I have another month until my next race and just ran an extremely competitive race where essentially 15 guys went under 15. I felt good for everything until the 4K mark. I went through mile 1 @ 4:42 and mile 2 @ 9:30 and 4K @ 12:03. Idk what I should do.
