I’ve ran a 24.28 FAT 200m week and a 38 300m two weeks ago as a time trial. What would my 400m time be ideally? Im 5’10 135 and have been working with the sprinters lately just to gain faster leg speed. Any thoughts on what I can split in a 4x4 or open 400? Mediocre distance runner and may convert to sprints because I like them more. Sophomore by the way
