Looking to do a 3000m steeplechase simulation workout to give me an idea of what kind of shape I’m in. Any suggestions?

800m reps over hurdles at projected 3000m pace.
Anything else?
3-4 sets of 800 over hurdles with 90 seconds rest and 400 flat with 3-4 minutes set break. Run at goal pace. Your goal pace should be around 30 seconds slower than what you can run in the flat 3k.
