No. Quit complement fishing here. You should know what your teammates run and where they finish in races relative to you.
"Good" is all about frame of reference. If you're talking about scoring some points for your team in dual-meet, then I guess it's good. If you're talking about good enough to make finals at California state meet, then its not good. But, you shouldn't be looking for validation of your daughter's abilities from people on Letsrun
It's just an honest question to know how good that time is because it was my first time running the open 400m but, as I was taught if you don't have anything nice to say don't say it at all. But thanks for your opinion. Have a nice day!
It's not my daughter it's me as the athlete asking if it's a good time. Plus if you feel that people shouldn't look for validation of here then why are replying sounds a little bit hypocritical don't you think? Or am I wrong?
What places is your daughter getting with those times? How hard is it to look around an gauge?
yeah that's pretty good
Not if you live in the South. Maybe in Wisconsin....
Good time, and can definitely progress to sub 60 this year. Keep working and you can get recruited.

Your grammar sucks.
Is that all you have to say?
if you post your pic you will get more responses
