My coach is taking some college classes to get a masters, so he will be busy for the summer. He has told me to make sure that everyone is running how much they need to this summer. The issue is that we have people on the team ranging from 16:20 to 19:20, and people have schedules I have to work around.
Does anyone know a free online platform that I can use to give people weekly training plans? I don’t want to print off a 3 month packet just for someone to go out of town for 3 weeks and not run, and then get behind. I’m gonna base it off of the summer of Malmo, but the guys still need some guidance.
