Looking for a diet that will provide me with the right fuel to train 80 miles per week.
In the past month or so, I've dabbled with going higher carb (300-400 a day) and I've seen some great performance gains, but I definitely gained 2-3 pounds.
Can you guys share any sorts of diets that worked for you in the past? My main concern is getting high quality fuel so I can keep up this training load, but I also wouldn't mind leaning up a bit too
