Seems like a tempo run with surges, good workout. I'll try to implement this into my training.
Little to no rest about a 20 sec jog (if that) to the tempo mile start off the track. A little bit like a tempo run, except I wouldn't call the 3200 or 1600 a surge... they were extremely difficult for a long period.
Awesome workout, I did the same workout before but almost 30 seconds per mile faster...I should start my own thread and post my splits for it so everyone can see how good I am too!
