I managed to shatter a photo frame a few days ago and cut the back of my heel while doing do (#klutz). It's a teeny tiny very shallow cut (there's no glass in it) and the cut itself already pretty healed up,--you can barely even see that it's there. But when I try to run I feel a dull pain in my Achilles. I have no pain walking whatsoever, and I've been totally resting since it happened.
I was planning on running a half marathon in 4 days and still really want to give it a good shot.
Any tips/advice?
