With my wife and I recently having our first child, I'd like to start running to and from work as a way of maintaining fitness and maximizing free time. I currently commute the 6-7 mile journey (each way) via train or bike.
I've looked over past threads relating to a run commute, but wanted some up-to-date advice.
I'm torn between: a) investing in a solid, lightweight bag for bringing my work clothes/supplies vs b) bringing a week's worth of clothes in on Monday morning (and back Friday afternoon). Any suggestions on a running backpack? I'm leaning towards option B due to the fact that I can't imagine any backpack that feels comfortable while running... but that's why I'm asking you all.
