I used to heel strike, which was way bad. Months and months of practice on form I finally fixed my form to a more mid foot strike!
But I have/had shin splints that have been going on and off (ON AND OFF :( ) for months, could't even race outdoor. I had a running evaluation done and the way I run is striking with the lateral (outside) of my foot/pinky toe side first then rolling in and the guy said that can mess up my shin.
How do I correct this?
He also said my hips were weak.
