I was spiked at the start line about a week ago, dude stepped on my left foot. The following days saw an increased pain in my foot. I've started involuntarily limping when I run, and my right side is overcompensating. My footstrike is really pronating because a proper strike is too painful. I usually run45-50 mpw but right now I'm on track to run 30-something this week because I can't run as much. How do I correct my form? I've iced, massaged, and stretched my foot, to no benefit.
