Hey guys,
I wanted to get in a 500m at pretty much an all-out effort to see whereabouts my 800m fitness is. What do you guys think I could run for a 500 based on these times? ( I know it's not much but was hoping to see what people would think is reasonable to shoot for)
100m: 12.87
200m: 26.8
400m: never have ran one all out
Appreciate any help, and yes I am a male lol
