Just had a 200, 400, 600, 400, 200 workout today with these splits:
29, 58, 1:41, 64, 28. Best 800 time is 2:01.8 and that was about a week ago and it was my first time doing the 800m. Im a sophomore.
I have a meet coming up where the meet record is 1:58.3. Im trying to break that. Any helpful tips?
