I recently ran a mile in 85 F weather with no competition in 4:54, so better weather and competition I'm in roughly 4:48-4:50 shape right now. I did a workout about 12 days ago where I did an 8x400 with a 400 jog recovery (at like 8:30~9 pace) and splits were all 1:12 or 1:13 (Except the first one which was 1:05 bc I'm a dumb@ss)
This workout was not overly difficult one for me, it was actually just a pacing mechanism and I ran a much longer than usual warmup to get in extra miles that day
You probably will not break 5 if that workout is the indication, especially if you couldn't hit even a 75 or 76 in that second set after five minutes rest. Doesn't mean you can't get better so don't let me discourage you, but based on that a 5:10 right now would be a pretty good race for you.
