Hi all!
I'm new to the forum here after being introduced to it by a training partner. Looks like fun place to be around like-minded people so far!
I'm a college student and part-time employee at a running specialty store in Carlisle, Pennsylvania. I'm also, as you can imagine, an avid runner currently focusing on marathon-centric training after qualifying for Boston this past November.
That race, the Harrisburg Marathon, was my first-ever marathon, and despite some gnarly shin tightness for the first 10K and later gastrointestinal issues, I squeaked out a 2:52.
Now, however, I'm looking to go at least sub-2:45, maybe even sub-2:40 at an extremely flat, fast marathon at the end of next month. Since Harrisburg, I've ramped up my training to new levels, adding in unprecedented amounts of speed, tempo, and hill work as well as pushing my mileage to new highs.
As such, I was wondering if any of you experts on here would be willing to take a quick gander at my training log to see if this goal is realistic.
