As a T-series Racer lover I want to know the answer to this question. I don't like the Hyperion at all. Not even close to the same shoe as the predecessor it's trying to replace. If it turns out they aren't wearing the Hyperion, then I hope that sends a message to the company.

On Hanson's IG several athletes were wearing some plain black shoe...my guess is it's some levitate like midsole tuned for lightness and at the prototype stage they're under NDA. But it would be nice to hear from a Brooks Rep/insider what they may be
I spoke to someone with Brooks and they told me that they're a prototype shoe that they've been testing out with their elite athletes. They didn't want to share too many details, but it's definitely a Brooks shoe and will be rolled out for the public sometime in the next few years.
That's about as clear of an indictment on the Hyperion as you can get from their elite athletes. That's admitting that their current neutral racer isn't desired by their sponsored athletes.
