I'm Spanish runner, I've done ( 2 x 3 x 500 ) in 1:16 average, with 90 sec rest, 5 min sets.
I want to break 3:50 this summer, can I do it?
Last year, on my first year of track and field I've done 1'54 on 800, 51 on 400 and 33 on 10k.

Nobody can help me please?
you have the intervals and 800m speed, it's just a matter of whether you have the endurance. are you running at least 100k/week?
No I'm running 60km/week
Today I have done another workout: 1000/800/600/400 w/5min rest
3:00/2:10/1:31/52
Well, you certainly have the speed for it. As the other poster said it's a matter of endurance. A good predictor-workout would be 2x800m at goal pace with 2-3min rest, that would test your endurance and see if you're ready. Obviously it's a tough workout and you're gonna get lactic but the short rest will make it more honest than paces faster or slower.
Today I have a test on 1200 in 3'01
It's a good workout prédiction ?
Can I break 3'50 on 1500m with a 1200m test workout in 3'01??
Dude just go for it, stop asking Letsrun. It's not going to tell you much, you've got to race. I only say this because you keep bumping it asking for feedback. More often than not, people don't provide feedback because the person doesn't need it since they're definitely able to run the time they want or are just a troll.
That said:
1200 in 3'01 is reasonable, that should be a fairly good indicator that you can run 3:50 since building the fitness to tack on a 49s 400 (4:10 pace for a 1500) should be simple for a guy of your caliber.
You run oddly low mileage, but running 51, 1:54, and being able to run 33 for a 10K is fairly solid endurance. 1:54 speed is probably enough for you to run 3:50 (but I'm a 15-5K guy so I come heavily from the strength end).
The workout is definitely solid, 90s rest is no joke for 3 x 500 at 60s 400 pace / 3:45 1500m pace. 5 minute rest between sets is also short enough that if your second set was dead on you definitely have the endurance to run that.
TLDR: yes, and stop bumping. You've got the fitness, just get the mental part down and get in a competitive race.
