Indeed, 70 by the end is pretty hot for a marathon.

None of three of us are going to eat meat today ..
Maybe not today, but what about January 20?
http://animalstime.com/wp-content/uploads/2015/08/baboon-500x351.jpgYeap I got busted.. I looked it up and did not realize they at small quantities of meat.
So the answer must be ...
All 3 look better than AJ shirtless?
Sorry RRR, I've said it before: any animal with canine teeth is designed to eat at least some meat.

I see what you mean.. the similarity is uncanny
It's not our fault man invited steak knives sometime in the last thousands of years.
Ha - I will lastly just say. Carnivores eat meat raw straight off the animal with their teeth.. so go knock yourself out with those canines and tell me how it goes..
I suppose they also ate their bens directly from their source without cooking them . . .
Humans can physically eat a diet strictly of raw plants and live long and healthy yes.
Try that with meat?!
We've gotten way off the topic of running, but I cannot resist an opportunity to bloviate. You are taking my statement: humans are designed and meant to at least eat some meat. And changing that to "carnivores do xyz". I never said we are carnivores. It is not all raw vegetables vs. all meat. There are other choices between the two. (although I have eaten raw beef, fish, eggs, etc. on multiple occasions)
Interestingly, some argue that the very reason humans exists as we currently do with our supersized smarts is because we learned how to cook meat, which supercharged the energy content we could provide to our brains for growth. Fascinating stuff.

Anyway, back to running.
Jeremy - I am going to bet on Kipchoge every time until he proves otherwise. The man is bonkers consistent and has the approach to back it up.
Well there is sushi. That works pretty well.
But seriously, where is AJ? I'm curious to hear this answer.
GT - You cant stop bloviating its your M.O. Kind of like mine is drinking beer and eating 10pcs of fruit per day.
Totally agree with Kipchoge, this is one of my favorite videos. I think he was playing mind games with adola

None of them can stop AJ.
There is a possibility of two of those being proven. So you better find a bunch of baboons to run with.
I have Pappy who is going to help me out by applying , I assume , some old school training methodology. It will be kind of like Rocky and Mickey. Just gots to find my Adrian.
If I were Adola I would of stayed there and accidentally bumped Kipchoge's elbow from behind on its forward swing, repeatedly. After he really got pissed I'd get behind him and try to take his shoe off like Geb would have.
Well Adola has his chance at revenge come Sunday. Sometimes I think when Kipchoge races it is like when Bolt was in his prime, deep down everyone else knows they are runnin for second place.
I'm thinking Kipchoge ends up losing to at least one Ethiopian this one. If the Ethiopians work together he may lose to 2 or more.
Pappy....do you have results to any of your fast races? Your brother's name is on ARRS with times similar to what you say you have run, but yours is not. You seem happy enough to bash current runners as soft pansies and talk about how tough you were, but the proof is in the pudding.
Kipchoge will win, by the way.

My money is on Kipchoge, the boss. He will run a beautiful race.
I doubt any of the regulars need to see results from Pappy. He clearly has along history with the sport and a thorough knowledge of training principles and different coaching styles. He's posted pics of his training logs from back in olden times.
