i dig the new LGBTQ chick with blue hair.

Are you a white male?
I hate job applications and stuff like this... How much insight does this provide to employers?
I wish there was a way employers could rate the decision of who they hired and compare who they did not... It may be easier in some field and impossible in others.
Either way, I hate all the BS questions. I don't like lying, but finding doing it all the time on job apps/interviews. Does anyone else feel this way?

I believe if you have to stop and think about being inclusive it is then that you are in actuality, judging someone.
I just always try my best to be respectful to all my coworkers without specifically thinking about who they are.
if you dont have any experience and the employer is a stupid idiot who cares about something like that make it up. Say you worked with someone with for example very little eyesight and assisted him with official documents he could not read.

OK. First of all if you are a white male and the company asks how you support "diversity", walk away. You'll never be treated fairly and your career will stagnate at such a bigoted place.
Next, you need to know what is going on in an interview. They are either trying to justify their decision to hire you, or justify their decision to take a pass. You want the decision to be yours, so always be upbeat and make sure to tell them that you are confident you can do the job. Say exactly that "I am confident I can do this job." Throw in "I won't let you down." if it feels right. Then, when you get the offer, you make the call.
But stay away from the anti-white bigots.
say that you value unity in the workplace
"I frequently volunteer company time to join marches and protests for protected classes."
Really, you're having trouble answering this? Are you a member of the Alt Right?

I wouldn't answer it and wouldn't consider applying for a job with that company any longer. Unless you are applying for a position where part of the job description to be "support diversity and inclusiveness", otherwise it is a completely BS question.

"Ever seen goatse? That's me"
Do or have you ever worked at a place where such a thing is possible? I never have and can't even imagine how such a thing would be possible in most workplaces. Maybe if you've worked at places with shared restrooms you could say that you always make a point of putting the seat back down once you've peed. Failing that, I think I'd just say that such a question is really not applicable to places where I've worked thinking that if I really have to twist myself into knots answering some BS question to get hired maybe I'm better off not working there.
Tell them you have slaves from all around the world and many of them are transgendered and disabled.
That should be easy, I tell my boss to give my raises and bonuses to my female co-workers to support equal pay.

I compensate your female co-workers in other ways that leave them asking for more and pocket the money you leave on the table.
Classic response from an obvious racist
Tell them you gifted a female coworker a tv you had won for some reason

Hard to rate the non-hires since tracking them would likely be very costly and a poor use of money.
