Zoom Elite 9, and Zoom Fly. Zoom Vaporfly would be a terrible choice.

You want the Streak LT3/4 for anything up to 10k.

What's a solid current rotation using Nike?
I only have elite 9 (need to replace) and a lt3 right now
Up to 10k - streak lt3/lt4
Easy run - ?
Long run - ?
Tempo - zoom fly?
Raceday - Vaporfly 4% or zoomfly??
Since youre only training for 5k id say
Racing-LT
Easy/Long run- Zoom fly
Instead of the zoom fly though id recommend the Zoom Streak 6. Its a not beefier than the LT but its a solid and lightweight shoe to log the miles in. Before the Vapor Fly the elites raced in the Zoom Streak 6

I use the Vaporfly 4% for all my races right now. As for training, this is what I use:
Easy Runs and Long Runs - Pegasus, Zoom Elite 9 or Zoom Fly
Tempos - Flyknit Streak
Speed Work - Streak LT3
If you do not have/cannot find/do not want to get the VF 4%, I'd recommend using the Streak LT3 for up to 10k races, Streak 6 or Flyknit Streak for 15k-half races and Zoom Fly or Elite 9 for marathons.
Well, call me crazy but I decided to get the vaporstreet flynit when they came out( like the vapory 4%, gone within 2 hours) on the university red color and give them a try. The foam is the new REACT. I couldn’t believe how f-ng good they felt. They have a bouncy feeling as well, and the legs were not tired. I liked them so much I went to eBay and bought a second pair (ended paying 200 shipping included on a buy it now offer). I use them just for speed workout and will try them April 8 at a local race.
If you check an older post of mine I referred to them as Nike’s own knock-off version of the vaporfly elites. I ended up loving them.
But that’s just me. No , I am not a Nike shill. Just been running for a while and have ran 10k 5k at the CAC level (Central American and Caribbean games) with 2 bronze medals back in the 90’s.
I use Zoom Streak LT3 for Track Speed work. I vote for Streak LT3 (or 4 which I haven’t used yet)
Zoom Fly and adidas Sub-2 for tempo runs and fast (MP and near-MP) last big runs
Zoom Vaporfly 4% for racing half and full marathons
Epic React and Pegasus for easy and slower paced long and medium long runs
You know you’re slow when 5k pace is your speed work hahaha.

as a slow runner I don't need fast shoes. Hence, the Zoom Elite 9 is doing very well that kind of workouts.
Is there a rule against attaching a helium balloon to yourself while running a road race?
Am I living in the twilight zone? The Boston Marathon weather was terrible!
How rare is it to run a sub 5 minute mile AND bench press 225?
Move over Mark Coogan, Rojo and John Kellogg share their 3 favorite mile workouts
Mark Coogan says that if you could only do 3 workouts as a 1500m runner you should do these
Red Bull (who sponsors Mondo) calls Mondo the pole vaulting Usain Bolt. Is that a fair comparison?
