Gwen is one of the most compelling story right now. I assume officially with the Bowerman Babes and listed on Stanford 10k start list next weekend. Anybody else think she can go sub-32?

srsly m8?
Seriously excited to see what she does next.
But wasn't she up at altitude for a month building miles and doing tempo/marathon type workouts. Doesn't seem like she's ready for a fast spring 10k.
She did run 15:15 this indoor season for 5000m. I think she get under at Stanford.

Yeah, she hasn't done enough SPEED WORK for a very FAST event like the 10,000m.
She will run whatever the World champs standard is for next year. Karissa too. Hope they have a quality rabbit.
31:45
Gwen needs to impress so that she gets a Nike contact.
32:25

Yeah, that training strategy worked so poorly for Meb a few years back when he came down and set the 10K AR at the Stanford meet.

So you’re saying you were there watching every workout she did at altitude with your veteran coaching expertise? You know no more than anyone else, bud. I feel like (not, “I know that”) she’ll be under 32 min based on that 5k she ran a couple months ago.
High 32:00's.
she will do well
She just hung with Emily Infeld in a 5k, and she's been training marathon-type stuff with Shalane... I'd be shocked if she doesn't break 32, and would not be surprised by a 31:30.

+1
These 32+ forecasts are clueless after what she just ran that (indoor) 5k. Sigh....
Yeah, didn't she run a 32:12 on a road race in 2015? She should be under 32.
Who?
And where the f77k is Stamford?
I would suspect 31:40-32:00 to be doable depending on who else is there, weather, pacing etc
15:15 indoors and better shape now equates to 31:30 at least.
RIP: D3 All-American Frank Csorba - who ran 13:56 in March - dead
RENATO can you talk about the preparation of Emile Cairess 2:06
Great interview with Steve Cram - says Jakob has no chance of WRs this year
Hats off to my dad. He just ran a 1:42 Half Marathon and turns 75 in 2 months!
Running for Bowerman Track Club used to be cool now its embarrassing
