So we had the first track practice two days ago, and we did like 20 hundred meter sprints, (our coach sucks). I think I pulled my lower ab muscle or something, and my quads are so sore that it hurts to lift my legs up while sitting. I also have to change my walk motion because my lower ab muscle hurts too. I tried running easy today, and I could run, but I felt like I had to change my stride to compensate.
Anyone have any experience with this, and can I still run easy or will I just make it worse?
