I recently ran my second race ever, a 5k. I run around 35-40 mpw. Recovery runs @ 8:45, 400s etc @ 5:15-5:20, Tempo @ 6:00-6:05, Long Run @ 8:15.
So I ran quite a fast 5k recently and got a time off 18:03. I really want sub 17 in summer or else by summer and would love to know if anyone could provide me with some guidance on doing this? I know the basics, but would like some guidance. I have only been running for 1.5 years and I really want this, badly! Can you guys help? Thanks. :)
