Editor's note: We've turned this thread into the official thread. It was initially started by "Wind guru" and was entitled "IAAF World Half Marathon Championship 2018 - Bad conditions." His or her post stated "Expected to be 30-40mph wind."
We are VERY excited about this one for the following reasons.
1) Loaded men's race features Geoffrey Kamworor - the man of all surfaces.
2) Women's race features the two fastest women in history plus Jordan Hasay.
3) The race starts at 5:05 pm ET in Spain which means it's great for the local fans and US fans waanting to watch on TV (12:05 pm ET US).
Our only fear is the weather. It's supposed to be VERY, VERY windy on Saturday morning in Valencia. Will it die down by race time.
