sorry about tat. I'm more of a miler (1600 pb is 4:34 from indoor) just did this workout to see where speed was for 4x4. This wasn't my absolute best effort, but 55 would be good for me!
55 should be doable if you run it correctly.
With your mile time I say 2:02-2:05 depending on how good you are at racing it.

I pretty much agree with about 55 and 2:02. In a 4x4 you could split 54 high probably if you aren't leading off. I think the running start helps mile types who don't know how to start in a sprint. It's still early in the year, so you might be able to go sub 2 and split 53.x if you keep running the 4x4 in important races.
