So here's the dilemma. I've got 3x(400, 300, 200) at 800m race pace on the schedule for tomorrow morning, but am also planning to meet up with a new lady friend in the afternoon. My original plans for the day following the workout consisted of brunch and conking out for 3 hours and watching tennis. I am slightly concerned the hard effort will negatively affect my testosterone and general energy levels going into the date, and am considering a power lifting/crossfit substitute activity.
What is the general consensus, if any, about how hard workouts affect your social skills, specifically with women?
