Im finishing off my senior year of high school and recently just got injured with soleus tendonitis. I kept trying to come back after a week only to aggrevate it more. I so far have taken 3+ weeks off. Track season is here and im desperate to get healthy and in peak shape fast. But how can i do that in less then 2 months? Over the winter i was running 60 miles a week at 6-6:30 pace, but im scared i lost that fitness. Im desperate, any advice?
