I was wondering what are the best in different situations and depending on what part of the body is exposed.

Mushroom tip.
If you can walk away...walk.
If you can talk yourself out of the situation...talk.
No one ever wins a fight.
Don't try to be a hero - live to run another day.
Trachea or throat strike, eye gouging.
Palm heel (hand) thrust to the nose - the nose will be broken and you won’t injure hand.
Aim for the center of mass. Just make sure to get bullets into the attacker. Don't worry about aiming for just the right spot.
Ram the heel of your hand straight up into their nose. You'll drive the bone into his brain killing him. The smallest person with speed and coordination can kill someone who outweighs them by 150 pounds.
There is no such thing as a fair fight. If you can't run or get away kill the guy. Better him than you.

If you absolutely can't walk away from a fight, then jam one of your fingers or a thumb as deep as you can into one of your opponent's eyes and try to pull the eye out for a couple of seconds. They'll be done. Or slam your forearm into their trachea / Adam's apple. Then get the hell away as quickly as you can. Or kick them in the face before you take off.

People always claim this as gospel. Yet I've never heard of it happening.
Best defense, create distance and draw your gun.
Second thing you learn while training: eyes, groin, throat. You can’t function if you can’t see, breathe, or stand up.
Somebody else posted good advice: Walk away if you can. That’s the first thing you learn at a good martial arts school

I didn’t think women posted much on Letsrun.
The cobra move to eyes or throat:
As others have said, heel of hand to nose is effective. Also might try eye gouging, fish hook the mouth.
Knees, crotch would be a good place to aim kicks. Crotch for the pain, knees as they are very important and very easy to injure.
Knee the gut, then follow up with a knife-edged chop to the chest. Proof of its effectiveness here:
