Just curious what state you are in. I've got two guys in a Florida who are 1:04 and 1:06 guys who are running a Memorial Day marathon in an OTQ attempt.
May be worth checking out Educatedrunning:

New England area.
I guess it depends on where you are specifically, but that is such a rich running area that I would have to think that there are some great clubs and coaches up there. Nothing beats a training partner who can help in workouts.
If you're near greater Hartford area I know a lot of good runners in the area around the same time/goals. Good training group in Manchester, Hartford area
Check with Mike Barnow (Westchester Track Club).........excellent coach.
I would agree with this if you are near the Westchester County (NY) area.
I ran for them back in '95 before moving out of the area. He had a ton of talented runners back then. I was probably anywhere between their 3 and 6th fastest athlete, running 8:20 3000m for them indoors and having run 14:19 for the 5000m the year before joining up with his group.
Not sure what that group looks like now, but Mike was a very good guy to me and had a lot of success.
If you're still looking around I'd love to chat. After college I coached myself to a 63min HM and am a big student of the sport. I'm still training and coach a couple recreational runners online but would love to work with more serious athletes.
Can't believe you're considering anyone other than JS.

The new Swedish top-coach seems to have disappeared from letsrun.
Is Coach J.S update?
Shhhhhhhhhhh!
I think 1:09 is more than a minute?
Best of luck at NBHM.
Where in New England? There's very few options in CT, but a couple of guys seem to know what they are doing.
Tim Ritchie coaches I believe. He’s in CT.

Not sure who you're trying to anonymously hate on, but I'm not a 1:09 half guy and, yes, I have been within a minute of top 10 in a circuit race. If you think you know me, message me directly. I think you have the wrong guy though.
Thanks to everyone else for the recommendations. Unfortunately, I am not near any running clubs and I will be here for another 1.5 years while my wife finishes up grad school. After that, we may consider moving. Until then, I will be looking for remote coaching. It's not the most ideal situation, but I'm willing to make it work for now.

Northern. Rural. Away from the running hubs, unfortunately.
Your US 20k result of 1:02:49 was 1:09 slower than 10th place 1:01:40. That's more than 1 minute.
First statement was within minute of top 10 at US Circuit Races, now you say it's one race. I think it's neither.
Please let me know If I'm not considering all US circuit races you have competed in.

MY BAD. Should have looked at the results again. I guess I have lied and put my namesake to shame. I should just crawl under a rock, curl up in the fetal position, and think about what I've done.
Good luck to you at NBHM. See you there.
Am I living in the twilight zone? The Boston Marathon weather was terrible!
Is there a rule against attaching a helium balloon to yourself while running a road race?
How rare is it to run a sub 5 minute mile AND bench press 225?
Move over Mark Coogan, Rojo and John Kellogg share their 3 favorite mile workouts
Matt Choi was drinking beer halfway through the Boston Marathon
Mark Coogan says that if you could only do 3 workouts as a 1500m runner you should do these
